2. How We Use Information
We use personal information only for purposes consistent with this Policy, including to:
- Respond to inquiries, evaluate requests, and establish service engagements;
- Perform the contracted services — answering calls, preparing documents, renting mailboxes, producing copies, collecting accounts, preparing reports, recording proceedings, and related support;

- Invoice, account, audit and administer our business; and
- Communicate service updates, policy changes and, where consented, information about our services.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use consumer or debtor data obtained in regulated lines for marketing unrelated to the engagement in which it was received.
3. Service-Specific Data Practices
3.1 Answering, dispatch and call-center panels
Calls handled on behalf of clients may be monitored or recorded for quality, training and compliance, subject to applicable consent laws. Messages are delivered per client instructions and retained only as needed for delivery confirmation, billing and dispute resolution.
3.2 Collections, credit reporting and repossession
Information processed on Panels F, G and H is handled under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and applicable Ohio and federal law, as relevant to each engagement. Access is limited to authorized personnel, disclosures are made only as permitted by law, and consumers retain all statutory rights including dispute, validation and opt-out rights where applicable.
3.3 Private mail and parcel
Mailbox applications, identification records and addressee information are maintained as required by postal regulations and are disclosed only to postal authorities, law enforcement with lawful process, or as otherwise required by law.
3.4 Court reporting and captioning
Transcripts, exhibits, audio and video are confidential work product handled under the rules and orders governing each proceeding. Access is restricted to the reporting team and authorized parties to the matter.
3.5 Medical coding
Where medical coding engagements involve protected health information, such information is processed under applicable health-information privacy requirements and business-associate terms agreed in the engagement.
4. Cookies & Analytics
This website uses only limited technical storage necessary for page delivery and basic traffic measurement. We do not deploy advertising trackers, cross-site profiling cookies or third-party marketing pixels. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies; the site will remain functional.
5. Sharing & Disclosure
We disclose personal information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: vendors who perform hosting, telephony, delivery, payment processing or IT services under contractual confidentiality obligations;
- Clients: information collected while performing services is returned to, or disclosed as instructed by, the client for whom the work was performed, consistent with the engagement;
- Legal process: courts, regulators, law enforcement or other authorities where disclosure is required by law, subpoena, court order or to establish or defend legal claims;
- Protection of rights: where necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of the Company, our clients, consumers or the public;
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, sale or reorganization, subject to continued protection under this Policy.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to data brokers or advertisers.
6. Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including statutory retention periods for call recordings, mail records, tax and accounting records, collection files, credit-reporting files and court-reporting transcripts. When retention is no longer required, records are securely destroyed or de-identified.
7. Security
We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we handle — access controls, encryption in transit, restricted facilities, personnel confidentiality obligations and logged handling for regulated panels. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we investigate and respond to incidents consistent with applicable breach-notification laws.
8. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction and the capacity in which we hold your information, you may have the right to:
