The Site is an informational publication describing the business-support services offered by KEU — document and transcription services, telephone answering and call-center services, private mail and parcel services, copying and business-center services, collection services, credit reporting services, repossession services, court reporting and captioning services, and related operations support. Descriptions of panels, jacks, services and processes are illustrative of our operating model and are not offers, quotations or commitments of availability, pricing or performance.

2. No Engagement by Browsing

Viewing the Site, submitting a line request, sending an email or leaving a voicemail does not create a service engagement, an agency relationship, or any contractual obligation on the part of KEU. Services are provided only under a written agreement signed by authorized representatives of both parties, which will define scope, pricing, service levels, compliance responsibilities and confidentiality obligations. Until such an agreement is executed, please do not transmit confidential consumer data, debtor records, protected health information, court-sealed materials or other sensitive content through the Site.

3. Not Professional Advice

Content on the Site is general information about business-support services. It is not legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, credit counseling, debt-relief advice, or advice on regulatory compliance. Requirements governing collections, credit reporting, telemarketing, mail handling, court reporting and medical coding vary by jurisdiction and change over time. 4. Regulated-Line Notices

4.1 Collections

Collection services, where engaged, are performed in compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and applicable state law. Communications described on this Site are business-to-business descriptions of services offered to creditor clients and are not themselves attempts to collect a debt.

4.2 Credit reporting

Credit reporting, investigation and rating activities, where engaged, are conducted under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and applicable law. This Site is not a consumer report and does not provide consumer-report access to the public.

4.3 Telemarketing and solicitation

Telemarketing and telephone solicitation services are performed only under client engagements that require compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Telemarketing Sales Rule and do-not-call registries.

4.6 Medical coding

Medical coding engagements involving protected health information are performed under applicable health-information law and business-associate agreements; the Site collects no PHI.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Transmit malware, spam, or unsolicited bulk communications;
• Probe, scan or test vulnerabilities, or interfere with Site operation;
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through our forms;
• Scrape, harvest or compile Site content for commercial reuse without consent;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.

We may suspend or block access for conduct that violates these Terms or threatens the Site's integrity.
